2. Booking Process: Members are required to provide detailed information on our Tifficss Form about their travel preferences, budget, and any special requirements. Founder and Confidants will work closely with you to create a personalised itinerary that meets your needs.

 

3. Privacy and Confidentiality: We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to travel arrangements. All information shared with our team will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Itineraries are privately linked and deleted after use, observer activity is also monitored.  

 

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Plans must be paid in full for Tifficss Services. We accept all major credit/ debit cards for payment. Consultation Cancellations and changes to bookings may be subject to fees and penalties, which will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Our team will work with you to minimise any potential costs associated with cancellations or changes.

 

5. Member Responsibilities: Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to our team, including preferences, travel dates, and any special requirements. It is also the responsibility of the member to adhere to all travel guidelines and regulations set forth by the destinations they visit. Members are required to stay in the loop and either subscribe to our email listing ‘A Moment of Privacy’ or follow us on Instagram.  

 

6. Changes to Itineraries: We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary  due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control. We make it our priority to inform you any changes as soon as possible via telephone, Instagram direct message, WhatsApp and Tifficss File.

7. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with our team and other members. Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful may result in the termination of membership.

8. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. We are happy to assist you in purchasing travel insurance if needed.

Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated at any time at the discretion of our team for reasons including but not limited to violation of our code of conduct, failure to adhere to payment and cancellation policies, or any other behaviour deemed detrimental to the membership community.
